Calfpens.ie are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We only store your contact & delivery address details which are used to provide you with our service. Your credit card details are never stored are processed through a secure payment processing system provided by Stripe. When you make a payment to us, you are subject to Stripes Privacy Policy, which you can review on their Privacy Policy page.
What we do with the information we gather

ORDERING PROCESS
Orders are placed by adding items to your shopping cart, entering your payment details and then pressing the place order button. You may be requested to complete a 3-d secure form before your order has completed.
We acknowledge your order placed on our website by sending an email detailing the products you have ordered. This email is automatically delivered after an order is placed and not an order confirmation or acceptance of order. We are not responsible if this acknowledgement email does not reach you because of reasons beyond our control.
Acceptance and completion of your order will take place on the dispatch to you of the Product/s ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it following the instructions listed in our section on order cancellations.
Non-acceptance of an order can happen due to any of the following:

Each product is sold subject to its product description and price listed on the website. We do our best to ensure that this information is kept up to date.
If you feel that the price or description does not reflect any product please contact us so that we can review it. All prices are in Euros.
